Need to Report A Flood?

Suffolk County Council has a new flood reporting tool?  Reporting a flood can seem complicated if you don't know which organisation is responsible but our new flood reporting tool is here to help! It makes it easy to find out who you need to report the flood to (which depends on what type of flooding is occurring).   You can find the flood reporting tool on the SCC website:Flood Reporting Form

Flood Identity  has been developed by the Environment Agency and is available for individuals, communities, groups and organisations to use. It can be used  to create a consistent look and feel to flood information regardless of which organisation or group it comes from. It contains logos, guidelines and templates for you to use. Available templates include posters, leaflets, stickers, email signatures, presentation slides, and event invites. All the materials are stored on the Environment Agency's online asset store - Brand Bank.

If you are interested in accessing and using the flood identity, please email floodidentity@environment-agency.gov.uk with your name, organisation, email address, and contact telephone number and include the reference 'FWD Email' in the subject title.
